StudyFront clusters service providers in regions. We are initially launching on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia which is a safe, prosperous region with high quality education providers. We and are progressively opening new regional clusters so please be patient ... or contact us if you have a certain requirement for a particular locality or region, as many of our service providers have a national footprint. Our aim is to service a region thoroughly before moving onto a new region, so that students are well catered to, and participating service providers are supported properly.

Who provides Migration Advice and processes the visa applications?

We have partnered with a highly regarded and accredited Australian Migration Agent, that can not only process Student Visa applications, but can also provide generalised and specialised Migration Advice and assistance with all visa applications.

Our Migration Agency has also prepared a range of DIY Student Visa Kits which are very cost effective and address specific Assessment Levels

If you are a Migration Agent, then you / your client can bypass the StudyFront Migration Service and proceed to payment of tuition fees to secure the Confirmation of Enrolment from the education provider.

Can we use our own Application form?

Yes ... We can make your application form available as a pdf download. All applications are received at StudyFront, checked for completeness and associated attachments, then sent electronically or by registered post to the relevant Education Provider along with the required Enrolment Application Fee. We believe that this is an important step in our quality systems as well as assisting in fast tracking applications.

How do students get their Letter of Offer?

Once a Letter of Offer has been issued, the Education provider will typically send that direct to the student. We do however post a copy to the students personal 'Student Zone' for them to download. Our unique messaging system automatically notifies the student that the Letter of Offer is available for download from their personalised Student Zone. The student is also advised to attend to their visa as the next step in the guided process.

How do students pay their Tuition Fees?

Students pay tuition fees and deposits direct to the selected Education Providers. Deposits are due before a Confirmation of Enrolment is provided. The amount will be noted in the Letter of Offer, along with payment details. Ongoing tuition fees are paid directly with the selected education provider.

How does everyone know the status of the application?

The StudyFront Engine has it own messaging system that forms the basis of our unique 'guided process'. When a step in the process has been actioned, the recipient is notified. Unattended or outstanding actions are featured in the students personal 'Student Zone' and their associated agents 'Agent Zone'.

StudyFront Help Desk also monitor the task logs and follow up on outstanding tasks & actions to keep the process moving.
